Leadership Team

Tom Kilroy - CEO

Tom joined Keyloop on 1 March 2021, the day the new company was created, and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth. Prior to joining Keyloop, Tom was an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting. Before that, he spent 10 years as the Chief Operating Officer of Finastra, a fintech software company with over 10,000 employees, 8,600 customers (including 90 of the world’s top 100 banks), and revenues of ~$2 billion. During his time with Finastra, Tom held various roles in which he was responsible for driving growth and profitability. In 2012, as Interim CEO, Tom led the take-private of Misys plc. And in 2017, he led the integration of Misys and D+H. Prior to that, Tom spent eight years at GE Healthcare, a division of General Electric.

Tim Smith - Chief Strategy Officer

Tim joined Keyloop on 1 May 2024.
Tim has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, working in the data management sector with some of the world’s largest financial institutions. In 2005, he began a career with GForces, expanding his skill set to include product strategy, managing partnerships, production oversight and marketing initiatives to ultimately build the organisation into a leading ecommerce player within the automotive sector.

In 2022, Tim was appointed CEO of Automotive Transformation Group (ATG) and propelled the company to become one of the world’s leading providers of omnichannel auto retailing solutions. Using his wealth of knowledge and passion for innovation, he led the business to help customers make car-buying easy for their consumers. Following the acquisition of ATG in 2024, Tim sits on the Executive Board as Chief Strategy Officer driving growth and transformation for Keyloop and it’s customers worldwide.

Tony Johnson - Chief Financial Officer

Tony joined Keyloop as Chief Financial Officer in July 2022. Immediately prior, he was the CFO at Phlexglobal, which was sold to Pharmalex in January 2022. Tony has held senior finance roles within numerous private equity software and service companies since 2008, including CFO roles at Deepmind Technologies and Masternaut, where he also gained experience of the Automotive sector.

In his early career Tony spent 23 years at Reuters, holding various Finance roles in the UK and overseas and prior to the acquisition by Thomson was the CFO of the Sales and Trading division.

Amit Monovich - Chief Technology Officer

Amit has 25 years of experience as a technology leader with a proven track record of building products from ideation to realization and helping businesses to scale. Before  joining Keyloop in May 2021, Amit was a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, he held verious roles, leading and transforming technology organisations in Click, Cyren Security, EMC, RSA(formally Cyota) and Amdocs.

Amit has extensive expertise in enterprise software, cloud transformation and operations, AI and Machine Learning, security, scalability, Agile methodologies, and mobile applications.

Charlotte De Metz - Chief People Officer

Charlotte joined Keyloop in May 2021 as Chief People Officer after serving in the same role at Synamedia, where she led a large-scale global transformation. Before Synamedia, Charlotte spent 10 years in a global Fintech. She has a strong track record of innovative employee development, engagement, CSR and D&I, and retention practices.

Charlotte has extensive experience managing high-impact, enterprise-wide transformations in challenging, fast-paced environments. She also sits on the board as an independent Non-Executive Director at Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC a leading provider of software and services to the global auto and equipment finance industries.

Charlotte De Metz - Chief People Officer

Harvey - Chief Alliances Officer

Harvey joined Keyloop in September 2021 and is responsible for Partnerships and OEM ecosystems. Her focus is to create true partnerships with OEMs as they go through intense transformations, whilst continuing to elevate our brand and marketing presence globally.

In her previous role at Google, she served as Head of Alliances in EMEA within GCP. She joined Google via the acquisition of Looker, a data analytics platform, where she lead the technology and consulting partner ecosystem, partnering closely with Google, and setting the company up well for the exit.

Before joining Looker, Harvey worked at Salesforce.com, building the ISV Partner Ecosystem across EMEA + APAC. She was part of the founding team to revolutionise and monetise the AppExchange and created partnerships with many companies built on the Force.com platform who have since had successful IPOs.

Dean Gardner - Chief Customer Officer

Dean joined Keyloop in December 2022 and has worked in the software and service sector for almost 30 years, most recently at SAP and Unit4. He has supported some of the world’s largest companies and SMBs in delivering a customer-centric culture, and his insights enable him to drive delivery excellence and service improvement initiatives across the customer spectrum. Having managed international support operations, Dean is experienced in the complexities driven out of multi-language, multi-geography structures whilst enhancing delivery efficiency.

Adrian Nash - Chief Product Officer

Adrian joined Keyloop in March 2024 as Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining, Adrian was CPO at Accelya where he helped transform the airline industry’s distribution strategies. With over 25 years of experience in software development, professional services, and product management, Adrian is a seasoned leader in the B2B SaaS industry. Adrian’s other roles include VP of Product at Gigya, which was later acquired by SAP. During his time at SAP, Adrian led the product organisation responsible for customer data in the cloud and later became the Head of CX/CRM strategy.
