Integration process with Keyloop DMS:
Missed Call Detection: Talksoon connects with the dealership’s phone system (PBX/VoIP) and detects missed calls or voicemails in real time.
Automated SMS Follow-Up: An SMS is automatically sent to the caller to engage them right away, reducing the chances they will call the next number on their list.
Data Sync to SDSWeb: Call data (caller ID, time/date, outcome, and assigned employee) is logged in the Keyloop messaging module and linked to the customer’s file.
Voicemail Transcription: If a voicemail is left, it’s transcribed and embedded into the messaging thread for internal review and action.
