In 2003, 1iAutomotive was founded with a singular focus – delivering practical management insights and KPI reports tailored for the dealer management system (DMS) used by the Volkswagen organisation.
Fast forward to 2018, and 1iAutomotive’s horizons expanded, encompassing all brands working with Keyloop Autoline DMS and driven by the Keyloop APIs. Beyond this, it broadened its product portfolio by providing the tools to help with aftersales workflow improvements and robust reporting.

Online planning made easy
1iAutomotive’s online planner, 1iPlanner , seamlessly integrates with retailer websites and user apps of leading manufacturers, such as MercedesMe and MyBMW, along with the national planners of importers.
The online planner compiles essential information like tyre details, service items based on the car’s history, recalls, and MOT information. The integration pulls data from various high-quality sources, ensuring that repair orders are accurate.
This, combined with unique decision schedules in the online planner, enhances the quality of repair orders and operational efficiency for retailers. By reducing the number of questions during the appointment process, it significantly boosts conversion rates. The ripple effect extends to Customer Contact Centres (CCCs), where the software streamlines workflows and ensures consistent processes.
Seamless integrations
The 1iPlanner seamlessly integrates with multiple digital repair order suppliers in the Netherlands, including Claire, CheckIT DSP, and AutoDialog.
