Meet Keyloop's Leadership Team
Tom Kilroy - Chief Executive Officer
Tom Kilroy joined Keyloop as CEO in 2021. Tom is also an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), which he joined in 2020. Tom is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s mission to put Experience-First for everyone involved in automotive retail. He has experience from both private equity and public companies. He previously held executive roles at Finastra, Misys and GE Healthcare, and served on the boards of EG and Tomia.
Tim joined Keyloop in May 2024 following the acquisition of ATG. Tim sits on the Executive team as Chief Strategy Officer driving growth and transformation for Keyloop and its customers worldwide. In 2022, Tim was appointed CEO of Automotive Transformation Group (ATG) and propelled the company to become one of the world’s leading providers of omnichannel auto retailing solutions.
Michael Cox - Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Michael joined Keyloop in February 2026, bringing deep experience scaling finance and operations in high‑growth technology businesses. He spent seven years as CFO of IRIS Software Group, leading global expansion and more than 30 acquisitions. Previously, he held senior finance leadership roles at Mavenir and began his career at PwC. He is a Chartered Accountant.
Harvey joined Keyloop in September 2021. As CRO, her focus is to oversee all ofKeyloop’s teams and processes related to revenue growth and enabling our customers to be successful. With clear vision, she leads to maximise and drive new opportunities within our growing customer base and partner communities alike, spanning Finance, Fleet, Retailers, OEMs, ISVs, Distributors and Technology.Â
Amit has 25 years of experience as a technology leader with a proven track record of building products from ideation to realisation and helping businesses to scale. Before joining Keyloop in May 2021, Amit was a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce. Amit has extensive expertise in enterprise software, cloud transformation and operations, AI and Machine Learning, security, scalability, Agile methodologies, and mobile applications.
Dean joined Keyloop in December 2022 and has worked in the software and service sector for almost 30 years. He has supported some of the world’s largest companies and SMBs in delivering a customer-centric culture, and his insights enable him to drive delivery excellence and service improvement initiatives across the customer spectrum.
Adrian joined Keyloop in March 2024 as Chief Product Officer. With over 25 years of experience in software development, professional services, and product management, Adrian is a seasoned leader in the B2B SaaS industry.Prior to joining, Adrian was CPO at Accelya where he helped transform the airline industry’s distribution strategies.  Â
Adam Bastin - EVP Strategy & Corporate Development
Adam joined Keyloop in March 2024 as EVP, Strategy & Corporate Development. Adam has over 25 years M&A experience is responsible for leading acquisitions, corporate strategic initiatives and driving Keyloop’s equity story/positioning. Prior to joining Keyloop, Adam worked at two leading investment banks before various senior Corporate Development roles at FTSE100 or PE-backed tech companies.
Amy joined Keyloop in September 2021. As EVP of HR, Amy leads Keyloop’s global people strategy, overseeing talent, culture, organisational design, and HR transformation. Amy has 20 years experience in HR including leadership and consultancy roles across technology, financial services, and transport. Amy has driven large-scale change programmes, culture transformation, and acquisitions. Previous senior roles include Bank ABC, Misys, and Transport for London.
Julien joined Keyloop in June 2025 as Global Head of Marketing. He leads the global marketing strategy across regions, overseeing brand, demand generation, content, PR, creative, and marketing operations. With over 15 years in B2B SaaS and tech, Julien brings deep expertise in marketing transformation and international growth. He previously held senior roles at Cegid, Sidetrade and Positive. Julien focuses on aligning marketing with Product, Sales and Customer teams to drive business impact through data, automation and AI.
