AutoComms Solutions is the technology company behind AutoBuzz, the award-winning platform that manages customers in the order to delivery stage of the car-buying journey.

Nick Golding and Ingram Sanders launched AutoComms in 2022, bored of seeing so many unscalable and ineffective processes being utilised in the crucial order to delivery phase of the buying cycle. They have also welcomed the likes of Andy Bruce (ex-Lookers CEO), Nigel McMinn (ex-Lookers COO) and Mark Robinson (ex-Vantage founder) to the advisory board in this time.

Exciting growth since the first version of AutoBuzz was released has seen the technology used across the UK and Australia, generating significant improvements across upsell and customer experience levels. Awards to date include Best New Product (AM Awards, 2023) and IT Innovation of the Year (Motor Trader Awards, 2023).

How AutoComms Solutions’ AutoBuzz works

Simplicity is at the core of AutoBuzz. Via an integration with Keyloop, AutoBuzz is able to recognise when a new or used car order is created and, in real-time, curate a personalised WelcomeHub (website) with details including car purchased, name of customer, location of order and, most importantly, the additional products and services the car-buyer can still add to their order.

This highly personalised content is then delivered to the customer throughout their order to handover wait so that no customer ever gets left behind.

Because each car-buyer gets their own version of the WelcomeHub, AutoBuzz can track individual journeys and deliver accurate reports to the sales and leadership teams so that clear opportunities for additional sales are clearer than ever before.

For sales teams looking to get the most from the technology, AutoComms make on-site visits to run sales team workshops and a support email is made available for any technical questions.
