eDynamix - Bookings

Bookings from eDynamix offers retailers the ability to manage retention by communicating with customers when their vehicles are due work in accordance with OEM requirements, before creating and managing all bookings centrally within the eDynamix exsto platform. Using Keyloop APIs, it creates, updates, links and unlinks customer and vehicle records in both exsto and the DMS simultaneously. In addition, it can then create a complete booking that includes customer details, vehicle, GDPR preferences, menu priced services and resource allocation in both exsto and the DMS.  It can also amend and cancel bookings within exsto and the DMS.
