As a Keyloop Approved Partner, Marketing Delivery’s VoiceBox solution can ingest data from multiple sources to underpin bespoke customer communications triggered by retailer data.
Data is audited for accuracy by monitoring customer actions and cross-checking with third-party data sources; any updates required are automatically pushed back into Keyloop via API, streamlining administrative processes and giving retailers confidence that their data accuracy is continually at its optimum to reach the right customers, at the right time.
Dedicated support
VoiceBox integrates with Keyloop Drive and Rev8 to power full customer lifecycle communications and is offered as a fully managed service, supported by dedicated account managers who provide regular performance reviews, strategic insights, and ongoing optimisation. For clients who prefer more control, a self-serve option is also available, allowing flexible access to tools while still benefiting from expert support when needed. Our hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
