Reading, 04 March – Keyloop has appointed Jonathan Williamson to the new role of Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for overseeing successful customer implementations, facilitating product adoption and maximising the value that dealers derive from Keyloop solutions as the business continues to grow.
Williamson, who joined Keyloop on 2 March 2026, brings more than 20 years of experience in high-growth software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses, driving teams to focus on positive customer outcomes. Most recently, Williamson served as VP of Global Professional Services at The Access Group, where he led over 1,100 employees globally across 22 divisions, overseeing >5,000 go-lives annually and improving customer product adoption and value realisation.
