Paolo Cardinali, Chief Commerical Officer, Hyundai Capital Europe
Paolo Cardinali is a senior automotive industry leader with extensive international experience across business strategy, sales planning, finance, and OEM management. He currently serves as Head of Business Strategy at Hyundai Motor Company Italy, where he leads strategic initiatives to support growth and business performance. Prior to this, Paolo held leadership roles in sales planning and incentives at Hyundai and gained valuable experience with Hyundai Capital America and Toyota Motor Corporation. He combines a strong commercial background with deep expertise in automotive retail, mobility, and strategic planning.
