Keyloop to launch VEGA and VEGA.ai
Keyloop is pleased to announce a new partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This partnership will power Keyloop Cloud, a next generation hosting solution that forms the foundation of Fusion, our Automotive Retail Platform. Â
Keyloop Cloud will allow automotive retailers and OEMs to adapt their processes and deploy the latest technologies far more rapidly – whether for a single site, across a multi-site group, or even globally. Retailers can use it to quickly scale-up or upgrade their sales and aftersales operations to drive growth, or to respond more effectively to new challenges.Â
For business-critical software and data, cloud-based hosting offers greater reliability, accessibility, and security than traditional on-premises storage. It also alleviates many of the manual processes involved when hosted on-site, allowing retailers to channel resources more efficiently.  Â

On 17 June, we hosted the first ever Fusion Live event at Kings Place, central London. With over 115 delegates attending, the event delivered a mix of thought leadership, future-focused sessions, and interactive experiences – all designed to inform and inspire our attendees from across the industry.Â
Those who joined us on the day learned how Keyloop Fusion, our Automotive Retail Platform, is connecting every phase of the ecosystem to supercharge lifetime value. They enjoyed keynotes from Kyndryl, who shared practical AI strategies for dealershipsÂ
in a fast-changing world, and AWS, who explored automation and digitising the consumer experience. The expert panel shared their insights on how they’re addressing the challenges in their space within the industry, giving attendees the opportunity to apply the same strategies in their businesses.Â
Our customers were also given an exclusive preview of VEGA and VEGA.ai, our new state-of-the-art business intelligence tool (see above). Throughout the day, attendees took the opportunity to explore our experience areas, allowing them to dive deeper into the four domains that power Fusion: Demand, Supply, Ownership and Operate.Â

We recently announced the launch of VEGA and VEGA.ai, our new state-of-the-art business intelligence tools that can aggregate and interpret data in real-time from the company’s portfolio of software solutions. Dealers can use these tools to evaluate key aspects of their performance and identify how best to maximise customer and vehicle lifetime value, reduce costs and increase margins.  Â
Available to early adopters from September, VEGA will incorporate artificial intelligence  capabilities from the outset and will be introduced as an enhancement to Keyloop’s market-leading Dealer Management System (DMS).  Â
The new tools have been created to deliver market-leading automated insight capabilities while offering greater ease of use, the highest levels of interactivity and – thanks to embedded AI – much greater flexibility in terms of bespoke reporting than other solutions currently available. As they are ‘native’ Keyloop technology, the tools will draw source data from other Keyloop products seamlessly.  Â
VEGA and VEGA.ai will offer a curated choice of template reports that provide actionable insights covering a wide range of key dealership functions, such as new and used car sales, aftersales, finance, and parts and vehicle inventory.Â

The Keyloop Marketing Services team is closely tracking the changes to Google search and is always ready to help customers adjust strategies to stay aligned with best practices and maintain visibility. Here’s a quick summary of the key takeaways from Google’s recent releases.
Google doubled down on AI within its search results (SERPS). We already have AI Overviews, an AI-generated summary that sits at the very top of the SERPS. Not only are AI Overviews now available in more countries, but they are also now showing more search types. Â
AI in SERPS doesn’t end with AI Overviews, though. Google used the I/O event to announce the launch of AI Modes for search. AI Mode aims to bring all the information your search requires into the Search Result. Â
Like AI Overviews, it appears at the top of search, offering quick, conversational answers with links to sources designed to improve discovery and understanding. It’s like AI Overviews but on steroids. As traditional search results will be pushed down by AI Mode, it is expected to reduce website traffic. AI Mode has gone live in the UK this week.Â
These updates to search reinforce that AI is at the core of Google’s strategy. For our customers, this is a new area of AI where we can have conversations about how to help not just attract attention in an AI-driven search landscape but also convert that attention into meaningful interactions and sales.Â
