Keyloop SMS Program

Keyloop provides an SMS text messaging services to your automobile dealer via our Service provision “Keyloop SMS Gateway”. Our program information is outlined below.

If you are receiving SMS text messages from your automobile dealer using our SMS service, it is because you have provided your mobile number to your automobile dealer and consented to them storing this information in their dealer management system records for SMS based communicational use.

The recipient of the SMS text message has the option to opt out of receiving such SMS text messages in future, and information on how to do so is detailed below.

For additional questions please contact your automobile dealer who initiated the sending of the SMS. Please do not contact Keyloop.

When replying to an SMS sent through this system, always use the keyword provided by your dealer to ensure that the message is routed to the correct dealer.

To opt out, upon receiving an SMS from your dealer, text “STOP” to the mobile number provided for replies. Message and data rates may apply. This will send a notification to the dealer requesting that you are removed from such SMS communications in future. The dealer should then action this request through amending your communication method preference in their dealer management system records. Alternatively you can call your automobile dealer and request that they do this.

Ireland

To opt out, upon receiving an SMS from your dealer, text “{keyword provided}”+”STOP” to 51500. Message and data rates may apply. This will send a notification to the dealer requesting that you are removed from such SMS communications in future. The dealer should then action this request through amending your communication method preference in their dealer management system records. Alternatively you can call your automobile dealer and request that they do this.

France

Si vous ne souhaitez plus recevoir de message de votre concessionnaire, envoyez le SMS suivant “{keyword provided}”+”STOP” au 31515. Les frais de sms et de transmission des données standard s’appliqueront. Une notification indiquant que vous ne voulez plus recevoir ce type de SMS sera alors envoyée au concessionnaire qui prendra votre demande en compte en modifiant vos préférences de communication au niveau de ses données dans le DMS.

South Africa

SMS text message Information

The SMS Gateway Service from Keyloop enables the Automobile dealer to transmit SMS messages to their customers in the following scenarios;

“Free to User” Dealer Notifications / Communications – Dealer based informational SMS text messages would typically originate when:
Service (Repair, MOT or Service) work has been completed and your vehicle is ready to collect
Your parts order is now in stock and is ready for collection
Booking confirmation / reminders to inform you that your vehicle is booked in for a future date
Adhoc messages which the Aftersales department may feel necessary to communicate to you in relation to your vehicle
Dealer events or promotions are present or approaching, and records show that you are eligible

Message frequency depends on your vehicle frequency and activity relating to the dealer.

If you have previously opted-out of receiving SMS text messages from your dealer and now wish to opt-in you will need to contact your dealer direct and request your information is reinstated on their dealer management system to enable future SMS notifications. To opt-out again in future please follow the guidance above.
