CFAO Mobility has been operating in South Africa since the 1920s and is one of the largest automotive dealer networks in the country, with over 100 sites. CFAO worked with Keyloop to introduce Keyloop Drive to centralise all of its back-office solutions and processes, helping ensure it continued to deliver an excellent service to its customers.
To improve our customer engagement, we have to make sure we have correct information on our customers and have it in a central database. That’s been one of the key driving forces behind having Keyloop Drive and having a platform that’s centralised.

CFAO's Story
Challenge
Prior to working with Keyloop, CFAO was using disparate systems which meant data couldn’t be accessed from a single point. This caused issues for the business as it couldn’t have a full holistic view of the customer. CFAO also faced challenges around the accounting process and the structure and consistency of reporting.
Solution
CFAO identified Keyloop Drive as the solution that would allow it to consolidate of its processes and systems and have access to all of its data in a single location. The business also wanted to digitise its document management process, so opted to introduce Keyloop’s Sales Docs and Service Docs solutions.
Impact
The introduction of Keyloop Drive has allowed CFAO to centralise all of its accounting functions, and any data is now easily accessible for every department across the business. The centralisation also means customer information is always up to date, helping to ensure CFAO can offer an enhanced experience across the customer journey.
Over the years we’ve built a very strong relationship with Keyloop as our DMS provider. Data collation in the system became a key focus point for us to ensure that reporting can be correct, structured, and reported timelessly.
