Challenge
As the automotive retail sector became increasingly digital and customer expectations continued to rise, Helkama Auto recognised the need to modernise its operations to deliver a faster, more consistent, and higher-quality customer experience across every touchpoint. Without fully connected digital systems, responding quickly to enquiries, managing retail and aftersales processes efficiently, and maintaining clear workshop communication became challenging, and could impact on both customer satisfaction and internal productivity.
Solution
Helkama Auto introduced Keyloop’s IMS and DMS, and more recently Keyloop Leads and Mobile Mechanic solutions. These tools were introduced to support both front-office and aftersales operations with speed, clarity, and consistency. Keyloop Leads enabled teams to respond to customers in a personal, fast, and brand-appropriate way, while Mobile Mechanic transformed workshop operations by allowing mechanics to communicate seamlessly with supervisors, improving workflow and service delivery.
Impact
Today, Helkama Auto responds to 100% of incoming leads in a timely, high-quality, and consistent manner. Customer feedback has been extremely positive, and both staff and customer satisfaction have improved significantly - particularly on the maintenance and aftersales side. Helkama Auto continues to collaborate on the development of new Fusion products for the market. As a close collaboration partner, Helkama Auto is looking forward to the rollout of Keyloop’s Fusion products, which will support the continued development of its connected retail and aftersales experience.
Before we introduced Keyloop Leads, we missed about 25% of the orders that came to us because we didn't react quickly enough. Overall, we can see that we are currently responding to 100% of the leads that come to us in a timely, high-quality and consistent manner, and on top of that, customer feedback has been extremely positive.
