HR Owen - Service Hub

HR Owen, a leading luxury automotive retailer, set out to modernise its systems in line with evolving customer expectations. To support this, they partnered with Keyloop to implement Service Hub across their aftersales operations.

The overall efficiency of the booking process has been improved through streamlining the process and making it more digital. Customers are now offered the ability to not only sign their job cards in advance but sign them remotely.

The biggest change we have since Service Hub is the organisation of the jobs. It’s very easy to keep track of which job I’m working on and any upsells regarding that job. The reporting has enabled us to more accurately measure our health check performance through the workshop from both a reported work perspective from the technician as well as what each advisor is able to sell.
