I’m a Keyloop advocate. It’s critical for us to leverage every opportunity and it’s great a lot of our OEMs support Keyloop. The fact they integrate well means their reporting is seamless, but more importantly for me at a local level, it’s about how we can start to take our digital journey and use APIs to start picking up additional revenue streams that are going to make a difference.

With Keyloop, the great thing is we have a 360 degree view. What we’re able to do is pull every single part of the customer journey together in one place, which is critical for us. We can look at car sales, finance, service functions and then start to build the whole picture for the customer. It gives us great visibility.
