What's new this quarter
This quarter is about improving visibility and accelerating action across your workflows. Parts advisors can see what’s needed as work is added. Service teams can track quotes through to parts readiness, while dealers access complete customer history in one place. Everything is designed to close the gap between knowing and doing. Tools like vehicle valuation and the MyAccount API bring critical data together to help you surface risks and opportunities earlier and act with confidence.
We’ve also stayed aligned with external change. This includes updates to RFL and VED rules, migration to Experian’s latest Velocity API and refreshed HMRC audit reporting. Together, these improvements reduce friction in day‑to‑day work while keeping you compliant and up to date.

Innovation overview

Customer deal history is now easier to review in Key2Key, with a clear view of both live and historic records linked to each customer. This gives users faster access to past activity and improves decision‑making in day‑to‑day workflows.
A new MyAccount API now provides key customer information in one place – including agreement details, the current finance deal, the customer’s current vehicle with mileage from eMaster, and any new deals created for that customer in eMaster.
A new valuation feature estimates a vehicle’s value at contract end and compares it to the balloon or guaranteed future value in the customer’s finance agreement. This highlights customers whose vehicle is forecast to be worth less than the balloon or GFV, helping dealers identify high‑risk cases and strong early renewal opportunities. The high‑risk indicator is now available in Key2Key search and the flag area, using CAP forecasts where licensed.
A new version of Experian’s Velocity API for vehicle history look-up has been introduced to replace the legacy API used by Drive, Autoline and enquiryMAX customers. enquiryMAX now includes the required technical updates so vehicle provenance data continues to load correctly using the latest Velocity API.
V3 Enhanced Stills has been introduced with a major upgrade to our realistic imagery. Six new designs have been added, alongside faster rendering speeds, improved lighting and shadowing, and more dynamic angles, enabling quicker creation of high-quality visuals.
New Phyron product videos are now live in the demo tool and on YouTube. Explainer videos for each product appear automatically on first visit and can be reopened at any time, helping strengthen conversations, introduce Phyron more effectively, and support pitches with clear, professional storytelling.
Designed with revenue growth at its core, the Demand domain empowers your team to acquire and generate leads for a stronger pipeline, convert every opportunity with confidence and retain loyal customers.
Timeline provides a clear record of customer activities, including interactions and events linked to each contact. With contacts, orders and timeline events combined in one place, users gain better visibility of engagement history and can manage customer relationships more easily. Timeline can be enabled as an add‑on through Account Management.
Supply offers a unified view of your stock pipeline and real-time market trends, helping you cut costs, lower risk, and improve liquidation. Within the Supply domain, Vehicle Hub gives you end-to-end visibility and control throughout the vehicle journey, streamlining acquisition and optimising inventory so you can make faster, smarter decisions.
Within Service Hub the In Store Check‑In (ISCI) flow is now more flexible, with an option to make the signature step optional. This supports customers who check-in via desktop or have already signed documents in ShareDocs. All while still capturing the repair order snapshot for audit and compliance.
A new print option is now available for vehicle health checks, supporting customers who expect a hard copy. The same feature is available in the consumer view, allowing customers to generate a PDF and download it to their own device.
Parts Managers and Service Advisors now have better visibility once a quote is approved, helping close the gap between quote approval and parts readiness and improving overall workflow efficiency.
Parts Advisors now have a dedicated space in Parts Hub to act quickly when additional work is added to a repair order. Advisors can add parts or menus, price items, check availability, reserve parts, manage order lists, pre‑pick, and mark parts as ready. Ordering and invoicing continue to take place in the DMS, with data exchanged through to the Keylop Active Data Core. This gives a clear workflow, supports faster handoff to service advisors, and improves visibility for technicians.
Bulk picking now includes a faster mode that allows pickers to complete multiple picks in the same area without scanning. This speeds up the picking process while maintaining accuracy, as scanning still takes place during packing to validate part numbers and quantities.
The Ownership domain offers automotive retailers a product suite covering the entire aftersales lifecycle. Build a unified ecosystem of best-in-class resources and workshop management tools to drive efficiency and place the customer experience at the heart of your business. Â
Updated HMRC audit report outputs in Drive meet the new reporting requirements. Branch headers can now be removed from vehicle reports, and blank lines can be filtered out for cleaner reporting. SL1 and SL3 reports now include the missing Customer Name field, and the UV7 Mileage report includes a new Date Difference field – showing the number of days between the supplier invoice date and the registration date with no decimals.
Road Fund Licence (RFL) and Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) setups have been updated in Vehicle Specification Data, so the correct figures supplied by HMRC for April 2026 are applied. When a user selects an RFL option from Dealer Fitted Options, the Vehicle Specification line now updates with the correct RFL or VED value – based on fuel type, qualifying vehicle value and vehicle age. This ensures VED calculations remain accurate, compliant and consistent with WLTP data.
RFL rules for the expensive vehicle supplement have been updated in line with new UK government thresholds. Zero‑emission vehicles are now subject to the supplement from £50,000 instead of £40,000. Drive, Autoline Fleet, Kestrel and Kompact now support these rules so dealers can quote and budget RFL accurately.
