Keyloop showcase next-generation Automotive Retail Platform to BMW Group UK dealer network

Reading, 26 November. Keyloop and BMW Group yesterday co-hosted a briefing for over 100 representatives from BMW franchised dealers on the next-generation technologies that will help drive profitability and make sales and aftersales processes more streamlined and more profitable for the network in 2026 and beyond.

Keyloop used the event to provide BMW’s retail partners with an in-depth look at the new Fusion Automotive Retail Platform (ARP), which has been created to amplify customer and vehicle lifetime value, reduce operational complexity and foster long-term loyalty. The in-depth briefing, held at BMW Group UK’s headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire, included interactive sessions and demonstrations, allowing attendees to explore practical applications of Fusion’s key functionality.

Mark Webster, Head of Digital Transformation at BMW Group UK invited Keyloop to co-host the briefing after attending Keyloop’s ‘Fusion Live London’ event in June.
